By downloading, installing, or using Saivly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Saivly is a personal finance and spending tracker app for iOS devices. The app helps you track your expenses, income, and budgets.
Saivly is operated by Aliaksandr Kharkevich, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) doing business as “Saivly” and based in Warsaw, Poland (European Union). Even though the operator is EU-based, users in the United States and other countries may use Saivly normally, and these Terms apply regardless of where you are located.
Important: Saivly is a personal finance management tool and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The app is intended to help you organize and understand your financial information, but you are solely responsible for your financial decisions and any consequences that may result. Saivly does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data, calculations, categorizations, or insights shown in the app.
Your use of Saivly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including how we use third-party service providers and AI-based features.
By using Saivly, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree that we will process your personal data in accordance with it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Saivly. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you create an account with Saivly:
We reserve the right to refuse account creation, and to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. We may also temporarily suspend or limit access to the service when necessary for technical maintenance, security, or to protect other users.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

To cancel your subscription:
You cannot cancel your subscription directly within the Saivly app. Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through Apple's refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
Saivly may use artificial intelligence to assist with features such as:
To provide these features, certain user-generated content (such as transaction descriptions, notes, and voice recordings) may be sent to third-party AI service providers solely for processing and returning AI-generated output. These providers act on our behalf to deliver the requested AI functionality.
AI suggestions and outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. You should carefully review and edit any automatically categorized items, suggestions, or insights before relying on them. Saivly and its operator are not responsible for financial decisions or outcomes that you make based on AI-generated content in the app.
Saivly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the exclusions and limitations in these Terms shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our business, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
Your continued use of Saivly after any changes to these Terms have become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Saivly immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, but your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period unless cancelled through Apple.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warsaw, Poland.
